Max Weber

Max is one of the people Lothar regularly meets with when in the vicinity of Middenheim.
As an old scribe, working for the Komission of Public Works, he is able to reduce the red tape and waiting times for any type of permit needed by Lothar to an absolute minimum. If he isn't able to help out (specific paperwork and permits outside of Middenland), he at least can write a referral to one of his colleagues outside the city-state.
